Ultrasonic Arrays products are used for non-contact dimensional measurement of materials produced in process environments. Non-contact dimensional measurements include; thickness, flatness, profile, distance, internal defect detection and bond quality. All gages can be used as stand alone systems or in a process control system with a computer or PLC.
The purpose of the measurements is to ensure that only "in spec" product is shipped to the customer and that the process is optimized.
BMS-1000
The BMS-1000 is used for the non-contact measurement of bond quality in composite panels including plywood, LVL, particle board, OSB, MDF and hardboard in hostile, on-line process environments. Measurements include, blow detection, blister detection, delamination, separation and bond quality.
TMS-5000
The TMS-5000 is used for the non-contact thickness measurement of any material in a hostile, on-line, process environment. Accuracy of 0.001" or better, hostile environments, fixed or scanning.
THICKNESS MINIGAGE
The Thickness Minigage is used for the non-contact thickness measurement of any material in non-hostile, on-line, process environments. Accuracy of 0.001" or better, non-hostile environments, fixed or scanning.
DMS-5000
The DMS-5000 is used for non-contact measurement of distance, profile, shape and piston stroke, in hostile, on-line process environments. This gage can be used as a single sided thickness gage with a reference such as a roller, drum or belt. Accuracy of 0.001" or better, hostile environments, fixed or scanning.
DISTANCE MINIGAGE
The Distance Minigage is used for non-contact measurement of distance, profile, shape and piston stroke, in non-hostile, on-line process environments. This gage can be used as a single sided thickness gage with a reference such as a roller, drum or belt. Accuracy of 0.001" or better, non-hostile environments, fixed or scanning.
MEASUREMATE SOFTWARE
Measuremate software is used to automate the collection of data from Ultrasonic Arrays non-contact gages. Benefits include; SPC, process control and product grading to ensure that only "in-spec" material is shipped to the customer.
