DMS-5000 Description
The DMS-5000 is a non-contacting, ultrasonic precision distance measurement system capable of accuracies of 0.001" or better. It is intended for hostile environments as a stand alone system or with a computer or PLC. Options are available for analog output, automatic recalibration to a reference surface, Measuremate software and numerous software options. Options allow the gage to be used in hybrid distance applications including, runout, straightness, fill level, blind hole depth, counting, thickness, flatness, missing bearing detection, piston height, etc. The gage comes complete with controller, mounting fixturing, air service, filters, electronic alignment and cables.
